Our Spanish course follows the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR), the international standard used by Duolingo, Babbel, and language schools worldwide. Each level builds on the previous one, taking you from zero to fluent.
The course teaches the Spanish of Spain, including vosotros, and points out where Latin America differs, so you can adapt to any Spanish-speaking country.
Vocabulary differences are flagged as you meet them: coche/carro (car), ordenador/computadora (computer), móvil/celular (mobile phone). In Latin America, ustedes replaces vosotros, and Argentina uses vos.
Begin with A1 if you're new to Spanish, or jump to a higher level if you already have experience.
