Exercise 6: Preterite Stem Changes
Only -ir verbs change in preterite, and only in 3rd person (él/ella/ellos). E→I and O→U.
Tip: Stem changes (e→ie, o→ue, e→i) occur in all forms except nosotros and vosotros. The boot pattern helps visualize this.
